Strategies for staying healthy and improving one’s health are nutrition, exercise, hygiene, stress management and health care. A good bodily health is physical fitness, the result of proper diet, regular exercise and nutrition and proper rest for physical resurgence. Increased in improving nutrition and health care is also influenced by the standard of living and quality of life.
Health is important and people without good health will die.
